striped knit blazer three ways :: fall capsule 17

There are a few clothing items I have decided I can’t live with out– leggings, cotton dresses, and this knit blazer. Evidently, I really like to wear it with the sleeves rolled up too. We all know the mixability of stripes, and what better stripe combo than black and white. I wore it first with an alternate striped skirt and my chambray. Then with the cream cotton knit dress. For outfit 17, it went with burgundy jeans and a graphic tee.

Speaking of the capsule, let’s take a minute for a photo over load and catch up on the outfits.

Outfit 3, 11, 12, and 13
I promise I won’t throw 13 outfits at you all at once in next Monday’s post. My goal is to share a weeks worth of capsule outfits in my remix Monday post. After all, a capsule is all about remixing.

  1. Meghan, I think our three essential items are the same: leggings, comfy knit dress, and a knit blazer (or I'd take a cardigan just as willingly as well!). So comfy-cozy, and also very polished 🙂 I like this outfit a lot – those burgundy jeans are so cute! I can't wait until your remix posts!!

  2. So the other day at the Goodwill, I snatched up a black and white striped knit blazer. It was so perfect I swear. Got to the dressing room and sadly enough it didn't fit, so I bought it and gave it to my co-worker. 🙁 Hopefully I can find another, because I love the ways you've styled yours. I think the maroon pants would be my fave though. The outfit as a whole looks very Old Navyish haha. 🙂
